Educational cooperative organizations have created magnet schools that promote the integration of different programs in preschools, primary, secondary, and high schools. Many will get teachers and students involved in different types of programs to promote work experience or incorporate different types of curriculum to include more art and music. A private academy can also work to provide their students with various types of internships and apprenticeships. Some educational coops work with a certain school district and help finding work training for secondary students and high school students. Some educational coops work with specific high schools. Some educational cooperative organizations work to train students in certain industries or in certain professions. Many education cooperative organizations work with colleges and universities to place students into real-world jobs where they can learn to put into practice what they have learned in theory in the classroom.
